Membership Cards

Ankur Tour & Travels provides 2 different types of memebrship: Individual membership & Family membership. People having memebrship card will get discount voucher for the tour packages and can enjoy discount on hotel booking.

Terms & Conditions:

Individual Membership

1. Registration charge Rs.300/-
2. Member can enjoy hotel booking 5% discount
3. For Ankur package member can avail membership discount which announce time to time when package declared
4. Any discount is not applicable in rail and air ticket.
5. Card validity 365 days

Family Membership

1. Registration charge Rs.200/- each family member.
2. Member can enjoy hotel booking 5% discount.
3. For Ankur package member can avail membership discount which announce time to time when package declared.
4. Any discount is not applicable in rail and air ticket.
5. Card validity 365x32=1095 days.
6. Recurring tour advance scheme.
7. Member can deposit any amount for tour advance scheme minimum Rs.500% or its multiply.
8. A fixed amount should be paid by monthly.

Recurring Tour Advance Scheme:

1. Member should pay their monthly deposit within calendar month for each month.
2. After depositing of 12 month company will pay the 13th month installment.
3. Member can enjoy this scheme benefit after completion of the period.
4. If the member default the amount three month company not liable to give the benefit of the scheme.
5. No Cash refund will be made in this scheme.
6. Member can quit any time from this scheme by availing any Ankur products.
7. After completion of this scheme member can carry forward the amount to the next scheme.
8. For avail the Ankur product general Ankur terms & conditions apply.
9. Amount will deposited as tour advance only.
10. Member can deposit.
11. In case any loss/damage of this card Rs.100 will be charge for re-issue of this card.
12. Only card holder can avail this facility.
13. After every quarter company will give the statement by hand/courier.
14. For additional statement Rs.25 will be charge.

5. Card validity 365 days for individual and 1100 days for family.
6. Membership card is not transferable & negotiable.
7. Member should notice before 100 days to avail any product.
8. For any dispute Company may accept or reject any Membership at its sole discretion
9. In case of any dispute all matter will be settled within the Jurisdiction of Kolkata.
